Why go to a crowded, germ-infested gym when you can have a fantastic, personalized workout in the comfort and privacy of your own home or local park?

Packages:

One on One:  Individualized training allows for an even deeper dive into the nuances of riding skills and personal fitness. Efforts during these sessions will be focused on addressing the results from your Rider Evaluation.   If you would like training, but are not a rider, these sessions will be based on your personal fitness evaluation. 

Group Training:  Get your friends or family working with you!  Working out with a small group is a great way to increase motivation levels, keep each other accountable, and most importantly enjoy your exercise.  Generally groups of 4 or more will meet outside at a central location, but can also be held in a backyard if you would like to remain at your home.  

Rider Evaluation: Rider evaluations are a valuable asset when working to improve or strengthen your skills and riding ability. Evaluations can help pinpoint musculo-skeletal imbalances or weaknesses which can be specifically addressed in your training program.

*If you are a rider, your Rider Evaluation is included with One on One Packages

Clinics: During a Balanced Riding Clinic, riders will be evaluated for imbalances, weaknesses or inefficiencies which may affect their riding performance.  Techniques for improving balance, posture, and coordination will be reviewed as well.
