As Tiffany's mom, I can verify that she had a gift for riding from the very early years. The grey mare mentioned was a great learning mare but was a bit demanding of her own way at times. I have a picture in my mind of Tiffany attempting to ride Ivory away from the home area for a very short trail ride up the road. She was about 5 at that time and tiny up on this big mare. Ivory kept arguing with her about going out and kept turning around for home. Tiffany would pierce her lips together in determination and pull Ivory's head around toward the road. This happened again and again until Tiffany finally won and they went for a trail ride about 40 feet up the road and Tiffany turned her around. I knew at that time that she had it in her to be a great rider!
